ICAROS Lightning brings virtual worlds to your exercise, allowing you to fly and dive through them, train with a virtual coach, and chase your high scores in various exergames. So how does  it work? The variable planking position on the ICAROS Lightning allows you to perform a dynamic exercise for an efficient and versatile full-body workout. As you move your body weight from side to side and up and down you are Improving your balance, coordination, and reflex skills while immersing yourself in thrilling VR experiences. The new design of the ICAROS Lightening has made it safer and more user friendly. It now has a brake system so that you can control your body movement more precisely. To achieve the VR experience you need compatible VR headsets and the ones ICAROS have developed the games for are the following. For a wireless experience (no PC required) the PICO 4 which will provide 4 x exciting games. However to enjoy all the games you need the following connected to a PC. They are PICO 4, HTC Vive Pro, Valve Index, Meta Quest 2 and Meta Quest 3. Alternatively, you can equip your ICAROS Lightning with a smartphone or tablet (ICAROS tablet holder recommended) and play games in the ICAROS App. The ICAROS Lightening is designed for consumer and commercial environments, making it the perfect addition to your home gym, event space or corporate wellness offerings.

You can still get a fantastic, fun workout without the VR system by simply downloading the ICAROS App which offers a broad range of entertaining and highly effective exercises to build smart muscles, strong core and healthy back. These games and exercises have been designed by sports scientists and professional trainers so that you get highly effective, measurable and fun workout. There is a FREE version of the ICAROS App but to get the full ICAROS experience opt for the ICAROS App Pro. The ICAROS App Pro will give you a full access to over 140 games and exercises.
