Plan your day using predefined categories and headers, or type in your own with Adobe Reader

This insert gives you total control over what information you’d like to track day to day.  When opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader (a free download*), you will be able to choose from multiple preloaded headers and trackers.  Or, if you’d prefer to use your own categories, you can write them in.  You can also delete the text on a line and leave it completely blank if you’d like more writing room in a certain section.  This is an undated insert by default, but you could make it a dated insert by choosing the day and date and the top of each page before printing!

TIP: If your editable file prints with arrows showing, export it as an image (.JPG) in Adobe Reader and it will print perfectly.

Files

Once you download your files, you will see that they contain an underscore with a suffix at the end (e.g., "Filename_No Crop").  This chart will help you know exactly which files you will receive and how to identify them.
